Castravetii murati se spala, se curata de coaja si seminte, se taie marunt si se storc de zeama. Paitrunje1u1 verde si ceapa se curata, se spala si se taie marunt. Tarhonul se curata, se spala, se opareste si se taie marunt.
Maioneza se pune intr-un vas din inox sau castron de portelan, se adauga castraveti, patrunjelul, ceapa. si tarhonul. Se amesteca usor, adaugind treptat apa minerala sau sifon.
