Sos Remoulade (rece)

Pentru 1 kg produs finit
700 g maioneza,
300 g castraveti acri,
2 oua fierte tari,
100 g patrunjel,
75 g tarhon,
2 g piper,
100 g mustar,
20 ml otet,
10 g sare.

Ouale se toaca marunt, castravetii se curata de coaja si seminte, apoi se taie marunt si se scurg de zeama.
Se amesteca maioneza cu mustarul, otetul, castravetii, ouale, patrunjelul, tarhonul, piperul macinat si sarea.
Se recomanda la preparate din oua fierte, limba fiarta, creier fiert si legume fierte.
