Sos scordolea

100 g miez de nuca,
150 g paine,
150 g ulei,
otet,
sare,
piper,
usturoi.

Miezul de nuca se trece prin razatoare, impreuna cu painea bine inmuiata in apa rece, se bate bine in piulita de metal pana se obtine o pasta fina si omogena, apoi se dilueaza cu picaturi de otet, mujdei de usturoi si ulei.
Se amesteca toate bine, se potriveste de sare si piper. Sosul trebuie sa fie de consistenta unei maioneze tari.
