Sos sicilian

150 g telina,
1 ceapa,
1 catel de usturoi,
1 legatura patrunjel verde,
2 linguri ulei de masline,
500 g rosii decojite taiate bucatele,
100 g masline negre,
2 linguri capere,
2 foi de dafin,
100 ml vin alb.

Telina se spala si se taie rondele, ceapa si usturoiul se curata si se taie marunt, iar patrunjelul spalat si zvantat se toaca.
Se calesc toate, circa 5 minute, in uleiul incins, se adauga si celelalte ingrediente si se lasa 10 minute sa fiarba incet.
Se gusta de sare si piper.
