Sos verde pentru peste

-Spanacul, tarhonul, patrunjelul si frunzele de ceapa verde se oparesc in apa cu sare. Se strecoara si se paseaza printr-o sita rara, obtinind un pireu. acest pireu se strecoara din nou etamina inmuiata in apa rece, obtinind numai sucul verde. Sicul verde se adauga peste maioneza si se amesteca pentru uniformizarea compozitiei.

Se serveste la diferite preparate din peste.

Nota: Putem sa mai adauga si unul sau doi catei de usturoi pisat foarte marunt.
