Ouale se spala, se trec prin jet de apa rece, se fierb pina ajung de consistenta tare, se racesc, se curata de coaja si se taie marunt. Patrunjelul verde se curata, se spala si se taie marunt.
Ouale se amesteca cu patrunjel verde, mustar, sare, otet, piper, ulei si apa, minerala sau siton. Sosul obtinut se pastreaza la rece.
