4 catei usturoi
ulei de masline
busuioc uscat
1 ligurita miere
1 lingurita otet sau lamaie
albusul de la un ou
smantana sau iaurt
sare si piper

Se piseaza usturoiul intr-un mojar su putina sare. Turnam cate putin, ulei de masline si amestecam continuu. Adaugam apoi 1 ligurita de miere si una de otet sau lamaie.
Se amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza totul.
Batem albusul de ou pana devine spuma.
Amestecam usturoiul cu smantana sau iart(ce preferati), apoi condimentam cu sare piper si busuioc.
Adaugam spuma de ou si amestecam bine.

Nota RP:
Spuma de albus o amestecam cu usturoiul chiar inainte sa servim.

Mod de servire: 
Servim cu orice mancare de peste.
