Stiuca in sos picant

o stiuca maricica 1,2kg
ulei 100 ml
3 ceape medii
1 lamaie
2 linguri pasta tomate
500 grame rosii bine coapte
1 lingurita boia de ardei iute afumata
patrunjel 1 legatura
sare, piper

Curata stiuca bine, spal-o si tai-o felii de circa 3 cm grosime. Stropestele cu zeama de lamaie si presarale cu sare si piper, apoi punele intr-un castron, acopera-l cu un capac si pune-l la frifider pana ce prepari sosul. Curata, spala si toaca marunt ceapa, apoi caleste-o 4-5 minute in ulei la foc potrivit. Adauga pasta de tomate si mai caleste 1-2 minute, dupa care pune rosiile oparite, curatate de pielita si taiate in cubulete.
Pune boiaua de ardei, foaia de dafin, jumatate de legatura de patrunjel tocat marunt, o cescuta de apa si lasa sosul sa fiarba la foc mic 4-5 minute. Adauga apoi in sos feliile de peste, potriveste de sare si piper, acopera cratita cu un capac si lasa sa fiarba la foc mic circa 30 minute.Serveste feliile de stiuca cu o garnitura de orez sau cartofi natur si presara pe deasupra patrunjelul ramas, tocat marunt. Orneaza cu felii de lamaie.
