Supa chinezeasca de creveti

80 grame de taietei chinezesti
150-200 grame de creveti,
o tija de telina,
o jumatate de ardei rosu taiat fidelute,
ligura de sos de soya,
o lingura de sos de stridii ,
un varf de cutit de ghimbir maruntit,
o lingura de otet de orez,
putine condimente chinezesti ( am pus amestec de 5 arome ).

Preparare: se pun crevetii cu 500 ml de apa la fiert , se adauga cand telina taiata bucatele, sosul de soya, condimentele si se lasa la clocotit 10 minute. Dupa 10 minute adaugam ardeiul si la 2 minute dupa el taieteii chinezesti ( ai mei trebuiau sa fiarba doar 3 minute ) . Adaugam spre final sosul de stridii, ghimbirul si otetul de orez. Se mai poate asezona dupa gust cu arome picante daca doriti.
