Supa de peste

peste 500 grame
ceapa rosie 1 bucati
usturoi catel 1 bucati
boia 10 grame
ardei gras 1 bucati
cartofi 2 bucati

Se curata pestele, se cresteaza oasele si se transeaza in felii late de 2-3 degete. Cartofii se taie in cuburi, ceapa se toaca marunt, ardeiul gras se taie in felii, usturoiul se zdrobeste.
Se caleste ceapa, se condimenteaza cu boia si se adauga ardeiul gras, sare si usturoi, se adauga 400 ml apa si se fierbe 10 minute. Se adauga cartofii si cand acestia sunt aproape fierti, se pun in supa bucatile de peste. Se mai fierbe catva timp fara a se amesteca pentru ca pestele sa nu se sfarame.
