Supa de peste cu ardei gras

1 catel de usturoi,
1 ceapa,
1 ardei gras galben,
1 ardei gras rosu,
500 gr. file de crap (crap dezosat),
10 gr. unt
1/2 l concentrat de legume,
sofran ,
sare,
piper

Se curata usturoiul si ceapa; usturoiul se zdrobeste, ceapa se toaca marunt. Ardeii, curatati de seminte si nervuri, se taie fasii subtiri sau cubulete. Se spala pestele, se zvanta si se taie bucatele mai mari. Se incinge grasimea si se pun la calit ceapa si usturoiul, apoi se adauga ardeii si se mai lasa cca 8 minute. Se toarna zeama de zarzavat, se pun bucatile de peste si se lasa sa dea in clocot. Se adauga condimentele, se acopera oala cu un capac si se lasa supa sa fiarba 5 minute. Se poate presara cand o serviti putin patrunjel verde, tocat.
