Supa de rosii strecurata cu peste

rosii 1 kg
ceapa 200 g
ardei 200 g
orez 50 g
marar 1 legatura
sare si piper dupa gust
peste 1 kg
ulei 100 g

Rosiile zdrobite cu mana, se pun la fiert in apa cu sare. Se adauga ardeii intregi; ceapa se taie feliute si se caleste in ulei incins, apoi se adauga la rosii. Dupa ce au fiert se strecoara, lasandu-se ardeii si ceapa intregi. Se adauga orezul bine spalat. Cand orezul este aproape fiert se adauga pestele curatat, spalat si taiat in bucati. Se potriveste de sare si piper.

Mod de servire: 
Se serveste cu verdeata tocata marunt.
