Supa de scoici

800 g scoici
1 ceapa
1 morcov
100 ml vin alb
3 rosii
1 lamaie
3 linguri pasta de tomate
50 ml ulei de masline
sare
piper

Taie legumele si caleste-le in ulei de masline, aproximativ 10 minute.
Adauga coaja de lamaie si stinge cu vin. Adauga si rosiile. Toarna apoi pasta de tomate diluata cu apa.
Adauga sare si piper dupa gust.
Dupa ce da in cateva clocote, adauga scoicile.
Completeaza cu apa calda si lasa sa fiarba pana se desfac scoicile. Cele care nu se deschid, arunca-le.
