Supa de sepie

300 gr.sepie de 10-15 cm.lungime,
1,2 litri de apa,
2 linguri de susan,
100 gr.orez cubobul lung,
1/2 ardei gras rosu,
1/2 ardei gras verde,
2 linguri ulei,
sare,piper

Sepiile se spala in mai multe ape si se curata.
Se indeparteaza capul,pastrand numaitentaculele si abdomenul.,tentaculele se taie rondele iar abdomenul se taie inele.O sepie sepastreaza intreaga.
Se pune uleiul intr-un castron si se infierbanta.Se adauga ardeiul gras taiatin fasii.
Se soteaza 2-3 minute.Apa se pune la fiert.Cand clocoteste se adauga sepiile.
Se fierb lafoc viu 10 minute.Se adauga legumele si se mai da un clocot.se adauga sare si piper.Separat pregatim orezul.
Se alege si se spala in mai multe ape.se pune la fiert impreuna cu putinasare,1/2 lingurita de zahar si 1 lingurita de otet.
Se fierbe 8 minute,se acopera si se mai lasa lacald inca 20 minute.
Se lasa sa se raceasca.
