Supa peste cu legume

2 fileuri peste alb
1,5 lingurita seminte schinduf/fenugreek(Trigonella foenum)
1 lingurita seminte fenicul
1/4 turmeric
1/4 lingurita sare
350 ml apa
100 ml lapte
1 lingurita seminte mustar negru
1 praf mare frunze uscate schinduf
1,5 lingurita chimen macinat
1,5 lingurita coriandru macinat
1/2 lingurita turmeric
1/2 lingurita chilli rosu,fara seminte,fin tocat
1 catel mare usturoi,pisat
1 ceapa mare,fin tocata
1 Lingura ghimbir ras
1 legatura spanac,fara tulpini,tocat
4 rosii prunisoare,cuburi mari
4 cartofi medii,cuburi mari
2 linguri unt

Intr-o tigaie uscata/fara ulei,prajesti semintele schinduf 3/4 min,pana sunt maro-aurii,le transferi in mojar si le strivesti putin(sunt f tari,asa ca incearca sa le spargi putin,nu-ti fa griji daca se fac praf).
Pui schinduful spart in tigaie cu semintele fenicul,torni apa,aduci la fiert,acoperi fierbi la foc mic 5 min.Inchizi focul,lasi deoparte la racit.

Incalzesti untul la foc mic,adaugi semintele mustar,cand incep sa crape adaugi ceapa si frunzele uscate de schinduf,prajesti usor pana e translucida,dar nu o rumenesti(ceapa).
Adaugi ghimbirul,usturoiul si le gatesti inca 1 min,inainte sa adaugi chimenul,coriandrul,turmericul,chilli.
Adaugi cartofii,torni apa rece pana la 1/2 aduci la fiert,acoperi si fierbi la foc mic 10 min,amesteci rar.

Pregatesti pestele(cat se fac cartofii):
Odata ce supa e rece,strecori prin sita fina,arunci semintele.Adaugi laptele,sarea,turmericul.Pui fileurile peste in supa il acoperi complet,daca nu ai adaugi apa.
Aduci supa usor la fiert,cand ajunge la fierbere,acoperi si inchizi focul.Lasi pestele in supa 5-10 min,pana e facut(depinde timpul de grosimea pestelui).
Adaugi rosiile si spanacul tocat peste cartofi amesteci bine.Acoperi tigaia si lasi inca 5-10 min pana cartofii sunt facuti si spanacul s-a ofilit si rosiile s-au inmuiat.
In functie de cata apa isi lasa spanacul si rosiile,poti indeparta capacul in ultimile min pt a se ingrosa sosul.
