1 crap de 1,5 kg
500 g peste mic de apa dulce
2 Litri apa
1 rosie mare,decojita
2 cepe mari,tocate
2 Linguri paprika
sare,dupa gust
1 ardei verde,1 dl vin rosu

1.Cureti pestele,tai aripile,coada,ochii,il speli,il tai felii groase de 2 cm,sarezi.
2.Faci supa de peste:fierbi capul si pestii mici in apa pana se inmoaie,strecori prin sita.
3.Fierbi ceapa in apa pana se inmoaie,treci prin sita,o pui in supa peste.
4.Pui feliile peste sarate in supa,adaugi ardeii verzi/grasi,rosiile,sare,aduci la fiert,daca e nevoie mai adaugi apa.
5.Adaugi paprika,vinul si fierbi pana crapul e moale.
